FUN!

For FHE on Monday night Stuart and I made a Black Forest Pie. It was pretty good, although neither of us are THAT into chocolate and it's very rich! I'll post it here if you want to try it. It was also Maija's turn for lesson. We always love it when it's her turn because essentially that means "GAME NIGHT!" So we played Hullabaloo. If you don't have this game and you have younger children it's great! The only problem is that Phillip kept moving the shapes on the floor and as part of the game is going to the shape/color/item it wasn't great that he kept moving them!


I also had to post pictures of Phillip from today. He got to finger paint. To most moms this isn't a big deal. However I don't handle the mess well and so it doesn't happen much. KatieJo's birthday is this next week and we are trying to have the kids make each other presents. So, Phillip's masterpieces are going to be turned into some pictures for KatieJo's room. I'll post pictures as soon as I finish them.
